1. CONSULT
You start off with a simple intake form that gives us your brand colors/desired colors, and other details, then you meet with Kristen for a 15-20 minute consultation on your pages, and how you are choosing to be paid by your attendees. The payment details will be added to your REGISTER page so that attendees pay you directly.
If you're not sure of the best way to collect funds from your clients, Kristen can offer you options.
Of course, the final decision is yours.

2. CAPTURE PAGE
A simple CAPTURE page, created using Google Forms that will capture several fields of necessary info from your people who choose to opt in, including name, email address, phone number, desired travel destinations, why they're opting in, how they found out about you, etc.
This info automatically lands in a spreadsheet so you can keep track of all your optins, as well as make notes for each person, keeping you organized and all your info in one place.
This is a simple capture system that requires no website, no hosting, and no ongoing fees. It's the simplest and easiest way to do lead capture!
3. REGISTER PAGE
A simple REGISTER page, created using Google Forms that will capture several fields of necessary info from your people who are ready to REGISTER for the next Soul Excursion, as well as provide your attendees with necessary info such as: TERMS & CONDITIONS, refund policy, what's included and what's not, specific destinations, official agenda and travel details for the Soul Excursions they are registering for. Your attendees can use this same REGISTER page to pay you for one Soul Excursion or multiple Soul Excursions, as you specify.
The info from your REGISTER page automatically lands in a spreadsheet so you can keep track of all your REGISTERED ATTENDEES for each Soul Excursion, as well as make notes for each attendee, keeping you organized and all your info in one place.
This REGISTER page will provide the payment details you specify for your attendees to PAY YOU DIRECTLY.

After you complete your Intake Form, you'll receive a link to book an appointment with Kristen to clarify the details on your Intake Form and to be sure everyone is on the same page with the result you're expecting.
Within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) Kristen will deliver to you via email a link to your 2 pages with full instructions on how to use and access your spreadsheets.
You review your pages and return the email with the revisions you desire (if any). You receive 2 revisions included with this service. If you desire additional revisions, each revision is an additional $99. If you're ordering additional revisions beyond the first 2, Kristen will send you a link to pay for your additional revision.
